Steps of Business Registration

• Name search from Ministry
• Bring the MoTIT required documents to MOTIT ( National IDs, Application letter, Articles of Association and Permit Certificates from line Ministries in case of sectoral Licensing such as Educatio, Health, Agriculture, Mining, Transportation, Telecommunication, Financial Service, Security Service, etc...)
• Complete registration form and get registrered with the Attorney General.
• Payment of License Fee

Then the Business License valid for one year will be issued to the applicant, the whole process will take one day.
