Department of Regional Coordination
the following are the functions of Department of Regions:-
- Permanent coordination of work of the regional offices
- Determine regional offices work
- Receive monthly performance and programme reports for regional offices
- Perform regular financial reporting in collaboration with Department of Finance and Administration
- Supervise work and activities at the regional offices and updating the Director General
- Coordinate human resources at the regional offices
- Assisting the Director General in management of the global regional functions
- Undertake additional tasks and directions from Director General
